Dr Ye is a seasoned professional with a prosperous fashion retail marketing, management, and academic background. With experiences in various industries, such as hospitality, tourism, retail, emerging technology, and photography, he consistently drove performance and improvements through innovative strategies and a human-centric approach, including CX, marketing, operational, organisational and people. 

In addition to their industry achievements, he holds a PhD in Management and Marketing from Newcastle University and an MBA with Distinction. With his fellowship at the higher education academy, he also has served in different academic positions at Imperial College London, London Business School, Newcastle University, The University of Sheffield, The University of Essex, and other educational instruction positions supporting university students, where he developed and implemented effective teaching methodologies and provided exceptional academic support to students and university.
